Selamat Hri Raya, Zawi. First of all at $4.80 per DAY prison food, it can't be good food with the cost of living up. Wonder if it is $4.80 for Taiping. I could still get a plate of delicious Fried Kueh Tiau" at $1.90 anywhere in Taiping and with prawns too! Kuala Sepatang the fishing village is nearby so seafood should be cheap, hence the prawns. In PJ I pay $4-$5 for inedible nothings they call "fried Kueh Tiau"
Another good one there Benny. You're gettin better by the day but the goodies seems to be few and far between nowadays. Like good fried kueh tiau, we have to wait ya?
Anyway over here in KL, you get Fried TiahNia Kueh @RM4-50 and if you don't see the prawn on top of the noodle, you won't find any underneath. Most don't even use piggy lard these days. How the heck can it be good without that vital ingredient.

Personally I wonder what sort of food are served in Kamunting. Are they as bad as what they served to Teresa Kok?
